Kriya/Therapeutic Massage: – 55 minutes, $95
Kriya massage combines spontaneous energy movement with customized, therapeutic techniques using deeper pressure where needed, energy patterns such as figure eights, circles and spirals to connect, through touch, with the flow of universal energy. Unlike more conventional modalities, in a Kriya/Therapeutic massage, the hands of the therapist remain in unbroken contact with the body of the client. The therapist's skilled, intuitive integration of flowing, connected massage strokes with the clients personal rhythms, allow the client to experience many levels of consciousness in a peaceful, stress-free atmosphere. The ultimate goal of the Kriya/Therapeutic massage is to facilitate healing of the whole being ~ physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Tuina/Therapeutic Massage: – 55 minutes, $95
Tui Na is the oldest known system of massage. "Tui Na" translates as "push pull" and is the name given to Chinese medical massage. Based on traditional Chinese medicine, it incorporates techniques that are similar to Western and Asian massage, chiropractic, osteopathic, and western physical therapy. Tui Na uses a variety of hand techniques and passive and active stretching to restore correct anatomical musculo-skeletal relationships, neuromuscular patterns, and to increase the circulation of Qi ("life force"), and blood to remove biochemical irritants. Acupoints may be selected to re-balance and harmonize the flow of qi and blood through the "organ meridians" (energy lines that circulate the qi throughout the body) in order to facilitate healing and prevent further injury. Tui Na is a great bodywork modality for the maintenance of optimal health and the prevention of disease. Any musculo-skeletal disorder, including shoulder problems, joint pain, back, hip, thigh, knee, and lower leg and ankle disorders, may benefit from Tui Na. Tui Na is appropriate for both acute and chronic pain.
Hot Stone Massage: – 55 minutes, $95
This is our signature massage, one that takes you on a journey of healing and relaxation. We use smooth, polished lava stones which provide deep heat therapy. The stones are combined with a luxurious massage that totally loosens tight muscles, relieves tension, and completely relaxes your body. Deliciously scented oils enhance this journey. Extra glasses of water are recommended in the twenty-four-hour period following this treatment.
Therapeutic Massage: – 55 minutes, $95
A massage customized just for you! Allow our therapists to design the ideal combination of techniques to concentrate on areas that require special attention, such as neck and shoulder or lower back. This blend of treatments can relax you, speed recovery from fatigue or injury, or be used to invigorate.

Polarity/Therapeutic Combination Massage: – 55 minutes, $95
Traditional therapeutic massage combined with Polarity Therapy. Polarity Therapy activates the central nervous system, passing impulses to the endocrine system, releasing hormones into the blood stream. Structures align, meridians unblock, immune systems activate. The goal of polarity therapy is to realign and unite body, mind, spirit and emotions into harmony and vibrant health. It is deeply peaceful, cleansing and restorative, creating a sense of relaxation and of being energized at the same time.
