		Katina Kowall, Esthetician, LMT Maine and New Hampshire Licensed Esthetician. Maine and New Hampshire. Licensed Massage Therapist. National Massage Certification since 1995   As both an esthetician and massage therapist I strongly believe in continuing education in both fields. It is very important to me to deliver quality service and to be able to offer guidance and education to my clients.    As an esthetician I offer facials, waxing and lash tinting. As a massage therapist I offer relaxation massage, therapeutic massage,  hot stone massage and body treatments including exfoliation and wraps.
		Sara Howard, Licensed Holistic Massage Therapist   State of Maine license # MT2515, licensed January 11, 2005. Education and training at The Dovestar School of Holistic Technology, Hooksett, NH.   Sara has worked at the Portsmouth Harbor Inn and Spa since January 2005, Private Practice since 2005. Sara specializes in Kriya Energy/Bodywork.  Other modalities include therapeutic, swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone. Sara uses a holistic approach, often combining many of these modalities to customize the needs of her clients.
		Amy Nguyen LNT, LMT, NCTMB (Licensed Nail Technician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) Amy has been a nail technician for over 7 years and a massage therapist for almost 2 years . She received her training from California Nails Academy in Worcester, MA and McIntosh College in Dover, NH. It is always her goal to make sure that all her clients feels warm and welcome and walk away from the service with a renewed sense of well being. Amy enjoys spending time with her two sons and dog.
		Roxann (Roxi) M. Walter, Licensed Esthetician 2005 Graduate of the Institute of Skin Science Rye, NH.  Specializing in Anti-Age Skin Care 2005 Graduate of the School of Nail Design Greenland, NH. Employed with  Portsmouth Harbor Inn and SPA since January 2006
		Susan M David, LMT, NCTMB State of Maine License #MT2927 January 2006. National Certification #504542-06. Education and Training: Graduated from McIntosh College, Dover, NH 2005. Massage Therapy Certificate, 752 hours of Classroom Instruction 126(+) hours of clinical in the McIntosh College Clinic. 		Carrie Salm, LMT Carrie is licensed in Maine and New Hampshire and has been practicing since 2005. She attended The Muscular Therapy Institute, a 900 hour training program in Cambridge, Massachusetts and graduated in June 2005. Carrie specializes in Therapeutic, Relaxation, and Hot Stone massage and has advanced training in Pregnancy massage as well.
		Beth O'Dell, Assistant Spa Manager Beth has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wilmington University and is a Licensed Esthetician in the state of NH. 2008 Graduate of Empire Beauty Schools Esthetics Institute. As the most recent member of the Spa team, she has been working as Assistant Spa Manager since May 2008. It is her goal to ensure that all of our spa guests feel warm and welcome when they arrive for their treatments. In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and little pug.

Complete Services

Our hot tub is open year-round, and is complimentary to all spa guests; bring bathing suits and sandals - we supply the robes and towels.  All hot tub users are requested to shower off before entering the tub, and all guests are invited to use the Spa's full bath after treatments.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at The Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and fill out our client information sheet. All information exchanged during our spa sessions will be kept completely confidential. All guests under 18 years of age must arrive with a responsible adult. Arriving late to your scheduled appointment may deprive you of valuable treatment time. All treatments will end on time, as scheduled. A credit card is required to reserve and hold your appointment. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we require 48-hours in advance to rebook or a $25.00 fee. Any guest who does not provide 24-hour cancellation will be charged the full amount of the treatment price. If you have any open skin lesions on the day of your treatment, or if you are ill and think you may be contagious, please call to reschedule your appointment, without penalty. All prices are subject to change. Gift certificates are subject to current prices. Spa hours may vary by season, and unscheduled closings may occur due to bad weather. We will make every reasonable attempt to advise you of such closings as far in advance as possible. Our goal is to make sure every guest has the ultimate experience relaxing in our spa.
